2. Booking and Payments

• All tours can be booked through our website or by contacting our team.

• Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified on the tour page).

• Prices are listed in USD (or local currency) and may vary based on season or group size.

• We use secure third-party payment providers. Marwa does not store full credit card information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that travel plans can change.

• Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour.

• 50% refund: for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour.

• No refund: for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.

• In rare cases of extreme weather or safety concerns, Marwa reserves the right to reschedule or fully refund your booking.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety:

• Arrive on time at the meeting point listed in your confirmation email.

• Follow your guide’s instructions during the trip.

• Respect the local culture, environment, and community.

• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special needs.

5. Liability

Marwa’s team and guides take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety.
However, by participating in our tours, you acknowledge that outdoor activities may involve certain risks (such as weather, terrain, or transport conditions).
Marwa is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from factors beyond our control.

Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.

6. Personal Data

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
We only collect data necessary for booking management, communication, and service improvement.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, text, and visuals on this website are the property of Marwa unless otherwise stated.
